• Millennium Gardens is one of the most significant office projects on the Hungarian market and an exemplary showcase of ESG development practices.
• The first phase of Millennium Gardens “A+ category” office building has received its occupancy permit, with over 90% occupancy, which proves the outstanding quality of the building, as well as the interest of tenants for such premises compliant to the latest ESG standards. The North Tower office building, which offers a unique panorama of the Danube and was designed by FINTA Studio using state-of-the-art architecture and sustainable solutions, is the final element of the Millennium City Center project in Budapest, developed by TriGranit and twice awarded by the FIABCI prize.
• The total leasable area of the North Tower is 21,600 sqm, including 18,210 sqm of net office space, 450 sqm of retail space and landscaped, open common areas on the ground floor. The building was designed with sustainability in mind, using modern architectural solutions, in line with BREEAM “Excellent”, Access4You “Gold” certifications and outstanding ESG compliance.
• During the construction itself, innovative solutions were applied, such as technical solutions to reduce emissions and energy consumption during operation, as well as environmentally friendly materials used for the building. Contractors working for Millennium Gardens were also selected on the basis of compliance with HSE requirements, and all activities on site were closely monitored and reported on the corresponding CO2 emissions.

• Revetas Capital, together with TriGranit launched a new amenity for the employees working in B4B business park in Q2 2022.
• The B4B Oasis is designed to be an innovative place for work and relaxation and an exciting new venue for outdoor events. It features wi-fi connection, electricity sources, sitting areas, complimented by luxurious greenery and beautiful views.

• With the implementation of the Re:Share concept, the park has been upgraded with an outdoor gym and two hi-tech gazeboes, located in front of Building A2. They constitute state-of-the-art structures with a unique and stylish appearance that combines an innovative spirit, yet close to nature. Both facilities offer free Wi-Fi service. Moreover, they are fully soundproof and protected from any external impacts which makes them the ideal place for work. The glazed modules provide optimum sunlight and reveal an impressive view towards the central lake.

• In 2021, the Pro Bono Initiative was introduced, which stipulates that we commit one day every ear to our communities and donate our time to a good cause.
• We at Revetas call it the ’Fellowship Day’ and aim to provide all volunteers one day of paid leave to help.
• To name just a few initiatives our staff have done in the past: Sponsoring animal shelter and garden associations, cleaning up forests and surroundings of our assets, building birdhouses, caring for animals, planting herbs and plants, supporting an initiative to stop cosmetics testing on animals and much more.

The Park Center Sofia team has partnered with UNICEF and other organizations to raise awareness on mental health issues and children at risk.

SOS Kinderdorf Bulgaria organized a campaign in SAC and in PCS. The goal of this partnership is to raise awareness of SOS Kinderdorf causes: Giving children a loving home, promoting children’s rights, protecting children in need and strenghtening families. SOS Children’s Villages International comprises 118 national SOS Children’s Villages associations.

In May, Park Center Sofia organized a free event for visitors called “Empathy as a Superpower”. Popular Bulgarian actress Gergana Stoyanova spoke about that the importance of empathy, empathy and goodness. To promote children’s sport activities and rhythmic gymnastics, one of Bulgaria’s national sports, the PCS team organized two events in June together with the National Federation of Rhytmic Gymmastic and world and European gold medalist Elizabeth Koleva. More than 100 children took part in the program of the events, which took place on the occasion of International Children’s Day.

• Within the framework of diversity and inclusiveness, the Women’s Forum was launched in 2021 to serve as an open forum for all women within the organization and to ensure that no woman is left behind or not given equal opportunities within the organization We continue to open forums where we can raise awareness, support each other, hear each other out, pass on advice and suggestions and actively seek opinions on topics and situations affecting women.

Revetas is delighted to launch a series called ‘Women’s Journey to Leadership, in which we celebrate women of the Revetas Group and their professional journeys that have led to leadership positions.

Having and seeing female leaders in senior and influential positions is vital for women who aspire to these types of roles in the future.

It also recognizes progress towards gender equality and women’s empowerment, especially in our still men-dominated industry.
