Senior Management
Eric Assimakopoulos founded Revetas in 2012 and serves as Founding Partner for the Revetas Group.
With over 30 years of experience, Eric’s career began in the early 1990’s as the founder of the Gnome Group, a company specialized in designing, building, and establishing the technology data centers which have become so prevalent today. After growing the group and building some of the largest data centers in the world even to this day, he partnered with Morgan Stanley Real Estate Funds in the late 1990’s and served as the chairman and CEO of Metronexus, a real estate platform investing $300 million in 300,000 sqm of real estate in the US and Europe.
In 2002, he founded and launched Bifrost, a real estate investment and asset management platform operating in Central and Eastern Europe. Bifrost would also later work closely with the Belgian Ministry of Finance to acquire high quality properties which they leased and would include a sale and leaseback of a 47,500 sqm headquarters building from KKR. Bifrost’s continued success also led to the purchasing of properties from large corporations such as Suez Tractebel group while maintaining strategic partnerships with institutional investment funds such as Patron Capital.
Bifrost would eventually serve as the precursor to Revetas, an entirely vertically integrated group that leverages the expertise Eric has developed over the past 30 years in real estate development, asset management, and investment. As a group, Revetas is an expert in special situations and distressed real estate, reflecting his and his team’s experience across multiple cycles of the business cycle.
Originally from the United States, Eric has been living for over 20 years in France, England, and Slovakia.
Mr. Bukovsky has been supporting Revetas since its founding in 2012 as Senior Advisor and joined in 2018 as Head of Tax and & Finance.
Mr. Bukovsky’s expertise is in transaction structuring, investment assessment, project debt financing, asset management, and financial reporting. His experience spans several countries across the CEE region.
Since 2005 Mr. Bukovsky worked with Mr. Assimakopoulos at Bifrost Group, the precursor to Revetas, and from 2012 to 2017 he additionally acted as the lead Asset Manager for the Carlton project. In this position Jan was responsible for internal restructuring of senior debt, re-leasing of vacant space, and overseeing all tenant improvements and consolidation of corporate administration and reporting. In parallel with his responsibilities on the Carlton project, Mr. Bukovsky acted both as a senior advisor and a member of the Recommendation Committee for Revetas since 2012. Jan also led the financial and tax structuring of all Fund I and Fund II’s acquisitions and disposals. Since September 2017, Mr. Bukovsky has been working as an exclusive senior advisor to RCA, assuming a role of Head of Tax and Compliance.
Jan began his professional career with Deloitte Corporate Finance and Advisory working on projects across several industries including utilities, heavy manufacturing, banking and insurance, as well as public/private partnerships, mergers and acquisitions, corporate valuations and business modelling, valuation of NPLs, due diligence and forensic audit. Jan completed his ACCA accounting qualification with Deloitte.
Originally from Slovakia, Mr. Bukovsky is fluent in English, proficient in German and a native Slovakian speaker.
Inga Heynen joined Revetas Capital in 2018 and serves as Head of Investments. She has 15 years of institutional experience in real estate and private equity across Central and Eastern Europe through the provision of debt and equity financing to real estate projects, to funds, JVs, co-investment partnerships, and public and private companies.
Since joining Revetas, Inga has been responsible for the full spectrum of transaction management for both acquisition and exits, and has led numerous such processes. Until 2023, she was also the portfolio manager for the Keystone investment and oversaw a number of other Fund II assets. Inga is a permanent observer of the Recommendations Committee, a member of the ESG Committee, and is actively engaged in the strategic management of the company. Prior to joining Revetas Capital, Ms. Heynen was a Principal Banker at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) where she worked in the years 2009-2018. At EBRD, she was focused on origination, execution and monitoring of equity (including as a limited partner), senior debt, mezzanine and public bond financing transactions across all real estate asset classes in CEE with a total transaction volume of over EUR 2 billion.
She holds a Master’s degree in Finance from Cass Business School in the UK and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Caucasus University in Georgia. Originally from Georgia, Ms. Heynen is fluent in English and Russian and is a native Georgian speaker.
Michal Muc joined Ceres Management Services in 2017. As the Managing Director for Ceres, he is responsible for coordination of property, project and leasing management services for the company in Central and Eastern Europe. He is also focused on company sustainability and strategic business development.
Michal has 26 years’ experience working for international companies including Pepsico, Ahold, NAVO (Procter & Gamble), DTZ and Savills. As the Senior Director and Managing Director of Property and Asset Management for DTZ and Savills, respectively, he was responsible for managing the portfolios of retail, office, and logistic properties in Poland. He managed more than 1.5 million sqm GLA and led a team of over 200 specialists. Having strong expertise in finance, retail, distribution, and real estate industries, Michal was in charge for companies with turnover in excess of 200 million EUR.
Michal graduated in Engineering from Krakow AGH University of Science and Technology and in Finance from Warsaw School of Economics (SGH).
Joanna Przybyl joined Revetas Capital in 2018 and has taken over the role of General Counsel in September 2022.
Ms Przybyl is an experienced legal manager with significant experience in M&A transactions and corporate reorganisations, including multi-jurisdictional projects (also in the CEE region), as well as debt and equity financing matters. As a General Counsel, she oversees all legal aspects of the group’s operations and focuses on Funds establishment and operations. Ms Przybyl also plays an active role in establishing and maintaining an effectual bridge between law and business.
Prior to joining Revetas Capital, she worked for almost seven years at DLA Piper (Warsaw and London offices), being a member of corporate and real estate teams. She has advised Polish and international clients in various sectors, with a specific focus on the real estate sector.
Ms Przybyl graduated from law at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan and completed the International and European Legal Studies Programme at the University of Antwerp. She is admitted as an attorney-at-law (radca prawny) in Poland. Ms Przybyl is Polish; she speaks Polish and English.
Agnieszka has over 15 years of experience in the real estate sector and is the CEO of Mercury, a strategic partner of the Revetas Group since 2020.
Mercury specializes within the financial consolidation and reporting area for all Revetas projects. Prior to 2020, Agnieszka worked for TriGranit Corporation, first as Finance Director in Poland and from 2016 as CFO in the head office in Hungary. In this position she took responsibility for all finance related matters: audits, reporting, arranging debt financing in multiple CEE countries and financial DDs; as well as supervising administration and IT structures of the group. During this time Agnieszka was conducting multiple strategic quantitative and qualitative analyses in a cross-functional organization environment to support and improve business operations and was involved in many successful sales transactions on Group/subsidiary levels, taking an active role in financial negotiations and price reconciliations.
Prior to joining TriGranit in 2013, Agnieszka worked for over 6 years at MT Development Group – a residential investment platform based in Poland, managed by one of the leading Fund managers in Europe where she was responsible for setting up proper controlling and reporting standards in the Group. Between 2010 and 2013 she managed the operations of the Group as Finance and Commercial Manager being also responsible for arranging the financing for all development projects. Before joining the real estate field in 2007, Agnieszka was collecting valuable experiences in the broader finance domain working, among others, in the audit department at PriceWaterhouseCoopers in Warsaw and the controlling department at Robert Bosch GmBH in Stuttgart. She is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
Vlad joined Revetas in 2014, where, as Senior Director of Portfolio Management, he draws upon over 18 years of asset and property management as well as real estate development and investment.
Overseeing the Portfolio Management team, Vlad works closely with Oana Partenie-Dorhan to ensure the optimal operation of the Revetas portfolio while being involved both operationally and strategically in all phases of the real estate investment cycle.
Before joining Revetas, Vlad was the Managing Director of a private equity group focused on investments across Central and Eastern Europe. While there, Vlad was responsible for managing nearly all acquisitions, financings, greenfield investments, and asset management operations of the group. From 2011 to 2014, Vlad worked as the Romanian local partner for the same London-based private equity fund, coordinating their property and asset management departments, while also directly managing many of their projects.
Vlad holds a Master’s degree in Financial Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking and Stock Exchange, both from the Bucharest University of Economic Studies.
Tom Lisiecki joined TriGranit Polska in 2004 as a Financial Analyst, soon after completing his university degree in Economics and Finance at the University of Toronto. He later served as commercial manager of the Debowe Tarasy in Katowice residential project in Katowice. He was promoted to Development Director of the B4B office project in Krakow (2007).
He served as Country Director – Poland from 2008, and he later became the Chief Development Officer of TGD and Managing Director and the President of the Board of Directors of the company’s Polish affiliate.
After TPG’s acquisition of TriGranit in 2015, Tom became the Chief Investment Officer of the corporation. In 2017, Tom left TriGranit and served as the Chief Development Officer for CityCon in Stockholm, returning in 2019 to TriGranit as the CEO.
Tom has been involved in all of TriGranit’s projects in Poland: the Silesia City Center and 1,000 apartments complex Oak Terraces (Debowe Tarasy) in Katowice, Bonarka City Center and Bonarka for Business (B4B – 7 class A office towers) in Krakow and the integrated transport, entertainment and commercial hub of Poznan – the Poznan City Center. Tom is a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and holds an Executive MBA from the Kellogg School of Management and WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management.
Investment Management
Mr. Boitan joined Revetas in 2012 and has over 19 years of experience in real estate in the Romanian market, having been involved in a wide range of transactions. He has served as the Chairman of the Romanian Board of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (“RICS”) for the last six years.
Mr. Boitan was previously Head of Capital Markets for Jones Lang LaSalle Romania after the merger with King Sturge. He was a member of the Management Board of King Sturge Romania from its inception in 2005 until the merger with JLL, where his responsibility extended to investment, professional services, valuation and research.
His extensive real estate experience includes transactional consultancy, equity and debt financing, valuations, and a wide spectrum of acquisitions, disposals, developments and feasibility studies. Prior to joining King Sturge, Mr. Boitan owned and managed a property consulting business working with private equity and corporate real estate investors. Mr. Boitan holds a Master’s degree in Real Estate Economics.
Originally from Romania, Mr. Boitan is fluent in English and is a native Romanian speaker.
Roman Mikulec joined Revetas Capital in 2018 and is currently an Investment Management Advisor.
He joined Revetas as an intern after graduating from the university and has gained 5 years of institutional experience in real estate and private equity across Central and Eastern Europe with the firm.
Since joining Revetas, Roman has been involved in a spectrum of real estate transactions, both acquisitions and exits, as well as asset management of multiple assets across the Revetas funds, including standing retail and office, office development and land plots (projects Millennium Gardens, Cup, Gurkha, S4B, Ciovo and Metropolis).
He holds a Master’s degree in Financial Analysis from London Business School and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Nottingham, both in the UK.
Originally from Slovakia, Mr. Mikulec is fluent in English and a native Slovak speaker.
Christoph Schueller joined Revetas Capital in 2020 as part of the investment team and presently serves as an Investment Manager.
He has a strong background in commercial real estate across different asset classes and locations, with five years of experience working on complex transactions and refinancings with particular emphasis on the Central European region. Since joining Revetas Capital, Christoph has been strongly involved in the sourcing, underwriting and structuring of new deals as well as a range of different asset management matters across key assets in Poland and Bulgaria, especially during the Covid period. As a key member of the team, Christoph played a pivotal role in the successful finalization of the Papa disposal.
Prior to joining Revetas Capital, Christoph worked as an analyst for a local REPE firm in Prague, Czech Republic, focusing on managing the standing portfolio of dominant office assets across Prague as well as analyzing new opportunities in the office and logistics sector. During this time, he was also strongly involved in the succesful refinancing of one of the largest office parks in the city.
He holds a Masters degree in Finance and Accounting from the University of Economics in Prague, Czech Republic and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Business Administration from Julius Maximilian University of Wüerzburg, Germany.
Christoph is a native German speaker and is fluent in English.
Xhoxhina Facja joined Revetas Capital in 2022 in the role of Investment Analyst, and presently serves as an Investment Associate.
She has two years of experience in real estate advisory and private equity industry across Central and Eastern Europe. Since joining Revetas, she has been responsible for supporting the Investment Team in various tasks including market and economic research, analysis of prospective investments and supporting the management of Fund I portfolio assets.
Prior to joining Revetas Capital, she worked as a financial analyst at Hussar&Co where her primary focus was on analyzing the REITs in Europe for potential acquisition by the special purpose acquisition vehicle (SPAC). She was also involved in the multifamily strategy in Class A locations across the US for European investors.
She holds a Master’s degree in Finance from Central European University in Budapest and a Bachelor’s degree in Banking and Finance from Epoka University in Albania.
Originally from Albania, Ms. Facja is fluent in English and a native Albanian speaker.
Investor Relations
Ethan joined Revetas in November of 2022 as a Senior Associate on the Investor Relations team, later being promoted to Manager, focusing on investment reporting, capital raising, and stewardship of Revetas Capital investors. Ethan also works closely across departments to create investor materials and ensure investors have accurate and up to date information.
Before joining Revetas, Ethan was previously a Manager of Investor Relations at New Profit in Boston, Massachusetts, where he successfully helped raise $40M+ in new investments and significantly expand their investor base over a three and a half year period. Prior to working at New Profit, Ethan began his career at Cycleffect Ventures, a venture capital firm based in New York City, New York.
Ethan is originally from the United States and has lived, worked, and studied in the United States, Canada, Belgium, and Austria. He earned an MSc in Business Economics from KU Leuven in Leuven, Belgium, and a Bachelor’s degree from McGill University in Montreal, Canada.
He speaks fluent English, advanced German, and basic French.
Dorina Molnar joined Revetas in September 2023, as Investor Relations Analyst in IR department in Vienna. In her role she is responsible for supporting fundraising efforts, including investor prospecting, producing pitch decks, maintaining and updating the Revetas CRM, and helping field and complete investor/ prospect requests.
Dorina holds a BSc. degree from International Business, Budapest Business School in Hungary where she has majored in Business Development. Prior to joining Revetas, she worked as an External Auditor at both PwC and Mazars in Vienna and Budapest.

Portfolio Management
Antonio Pomes joined the Revetas team in February 2024, as Director-Country Head Poland in the Portfolio Management department. In his new role, Mr. Pomes is responsible for overseeing the Polish portfolio of assets, including Trinity One in Warsaw, Bonarka for Business “B4B” and Buma Square in Krakow. He works closely with the Senior Management, Investment Management, and Property Management teams to ensure the success of the existing and future assets in Poland.
Mr. Pomes is a seasoned professional with nearly two decades of expertise in the real estate and financial sectors, covering various management roles for international asset management, investment, and development companies and overseeing a diverse range of commercial assets accross Europe. His expertise lies in capital raise, underwriting, acquisition and disposition advisory, asset management, tenant relationships, and asset repositioning.
In his previous positions, he has successfully carried out investment transactions and managed institutional class real estate assets in countries such as Germany, Italy, Spain, Czech Republic, UK, Hungary, and Poland, with an impressive portfolio of assets under management with a total value above 4.0 Bn euro.
Antonio is an Italian national, currently based in Warsaw. He holds a degree in Business Administration from the Business University “L. Bocconi”, Milan, Italy with a minor in Corporate Finance and is fluent in Italian, English and German.
Oana Partenie-Dorhan is Director and Head of Operations for the Portfolio Management Department of Revetas.
Oana works closely with Vlad Dragoescu and the Portfolio Management team to oversee all asset-related projects across the Revetas portfolio. Prior to joining Revetas Capital, Oana worked for Ceres Management Services, the portfolio management arm of the Revetas Group.
During her time at Ceres, Oana learned the Revetas Capital asset portfolio intimately, helping to directly manage assets and lead the forecasting, financial modeling, budgeting, and operational integration for her respective assets, primarily in Romania. While at Ceres, Oana served as the Head of Property Management for over 4 years.
With more than 14 years of experience in both property and asset management, Oana is primarily focused on office and retail assets across the CEE, overseeing a portfolio of over 200.000 sqm.
Oana holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Master’s degree in Public Relations in Marketing. She’s fluent in English and a native Romanian speaker
Bence joined Revetas in 2019 and serves as Principal in the Portfolio Management team. His responsibilities include underwriting and supporting prospective investment transactions in the CEE region, as well as managing assets, business planning and execution, establishing asset strategy and supporting bank financing of individual properties and portfolios in various real estate segments.
Prior to joining Revetas, Mr. Rohr worked as a real estate portfolio manager at Diófa Asset Management. He gained extensive experience in commercial real estate asset and investment management, as well as structuring investment funds and managing bank financing.
From 2015, Mr. Rohr worked at Citibank as an investment Banking Controller, which allowed him to gain first-hand experience in the financial sector.
Mr. Rohr started his studies in Hungary, at the Budapest Business School and continued in the Netherlands at the Avans University of Applied Sciences, where he obtained a double degree Bachelor’s diploma in International Economics. In 2018, Mr. Rohr also completed the Master’s degree program at the Budapest Business School.
Originally from Hungary, Mr. Rohr is fluent in English and a native Hungarian speaker.
Patricia Daraban joined Revetas Capital in 2022 in the role of Senior Associate within the Portfolio Management team.
She has 9 years of experience as a financial and business controller, mainly in real estate companies across Central and Eastern Europe.
Since joining Revetas, Patricia has been responsible for coordinating several processes at the group level (valuation, insurance, investor’s reporting, budgeting), while also focusing on the day-to-day activities of two Bulgarian assets.
Prior to joining Revetas Capital, Ms. Daraban worked as a Business Controller at Nepi Rockcastle, the leading real estate retail company in CEE, where she worked in the years 2018 – 2022. At Nepi Rockcastle, she focused on the Romanian portfolio, ensuring the accuracy of operational reporting.
She holds a Master’s degree in Management from the Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management and a Bachelor’s degree in International Business from the Bucharest Academy of Economic Studies. She is also an ACCA student, with only one exam left to pass to become an affiliate.
Originally from Romania, Ms. Daraban is fluent in English and a native Romanian speaker
Liviu joined Revetas group in March 2018 and serves as Principal in the Portfolio Management team. Initially Liviu started as Project Development Director under Ceres Management Services, the portfolio management arm of the Revetas Group, by overseeing and managing a Brasov (Romania) real estate portfolio (industrial and residential) in line with the asset management agreement assumed with the respective investor. As Principal he is responsible for the development land plots portfolio in Romania, Poland, Slovakia and Croatia.
Prior to joining Revetas, Liviu has worked for 16 years in real estate investment and development, healthcare and financial consultancy industries. Liviu was part of Global Finance Real Estate team for 10 years (a private equity investment fund active in the South Eastern Europe region) as Finance Director with an extended role and responsibilities (financial and operational) in Romania, Bulgaria, Serbia, Cyprus and UK, before that he was Financial Manager with Fresenius Medical Care group (worldwide no.1 company specialized in treating patients with kidney failure) being involved in the initiation of a private healthcare clinics network and he started as a financial consultant with E&Y(one of the Big Four companies).
Liviu holds a bachelor degree in Economics from International Business & Economics- Academy of Economic Studies Bucharest, a master degree in European Public Area from National School of Political and Administrative Studies Bucharest and completed certification of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants UK since 2007.
Ceres Property Management
James joined Ceres Management Services in 2016 as Transition Manager, where he was responsible for the transition and setup of property management, building improvement projects, and leasing activities upon the acquisition of office assets by Revetas in Poland and the Czech Republic. James is currently the lead of Ceres’ business development, structure implementation, and financial management in Central and Eastern Europe.
Prior to joining Ceres, James spent 5 years with Bifrost Investment Group, where he was responsible for the development of retail services in properties owned by the group in Slovakia.
James holds a Master’s degree in International Business and Commerce from EPEIGE – Ecole de Commerce, Paris.
TriGranit Development Management
Mr. Kowalski has more than 25 years’ experience in the construction business and industry, after having spent his career holding various positions in construction and development companies. Robert brings his widespread expertise in construction in Central and Eastern Europe to TriGranit as Technical Director.
Prior to joining TriGranit in 2006, he worked for well-known international construction companies in the region like Strabag Sunley Polska, and also served as Deputy Development Director of the Kraków Municipal Development Agency. There he was responsible for projects financed by EBRD, EIB, and local developer, SuperKrak (e.g. Kraków Aquapark). Robert shared responsibility for the construction and finalization of several projects, including the B4B office building, BCC shopping center and SSC in Katowice. He also contributed to the development of Tesco and Lidl hypermarkets, as well as various industrial facilities and both local and national road networks, which involved the construction of flyovers and tunnels.
Robert holds a Master of Business Administration from Kraków University of Economics.
Finance, Tax u0026 IT
Gonzalo de Solano joined Revetas Capital in 2018 and is responsible for tax and compliance across the Group. He has more than 13 years of experience in international tax advisory across Europe (mainly Spain, Germany, the UK and Austria), both in consulting and in-house tax roles.
Mr. Solano has been responsible for all tax-related issues within the Revetas portfolio, from the coordination of financial/tax DD and structuring in acquisitions/disposals (i.e. external advisors, fee budgets, summaries) to high-level supervision of the implementation of key financial and tax initiatives. Mr. Solano’s responsibilities also include transfer pricing, MDR/DAC6, ATAD II/III, tax compliance of the Fund’s holdings (in Guernsey, Luxembourg, Holland and CEE), monitoring the efficiency of tax structures and updates (i.e. regulatory changes) and US tax compliance of Revetas’ US investors, together with FATCA/CRS reporting. Mr. Solano’s role also supports the investment team (modelling/verification of tax inputs and assumptions), the legal team (review of financial and tax aspects of transactions and asset management documentation) and the controlling team (ad hoc reporting/operational/financial analysis).
Prior to joining Revetas, Mr. Solano worked in several Big 4 firms in Europe, focusing on transfer pricing and international taxation, before joining the Paysafe Group as tax lead for a division with subsidiaries in over 15 countries around the world (including the US, LATAM and EMEA).
He holds a Master’s degree in Law and Economics and an LL.M. in Tax Advisory from IE Business School. During this time he also studied at Georgetown University (US) and TEC Monterrey (Mexico).
Originally from the Basque Country (Spain), Mr Solano is fluent in English and German and is a native Spanish speaker.
Legal General Counsel u0026 Compliance
Manca Kisovec joined Revetas Capital in 2021 as part of the legal team and currently serves as Senior Associate.
She has a strong background in commercial law, with eight years of experience working on complex commercial transactions in cross-border settings, with particular emphasis on the CEE and SEE region.
Since joining Revetas Capital, Manca has been heavily involved in a range of legal matters, including day-to-day asset and property management issues as well as restructurings, projects, and potential acquisitions and disposals. As a key member of the team, Manca played a pivotal role in the successful finalization of the Papa and Vitantis disposals.
Prior to joining Revetas Capital, Manca worked as an associate for one of the biggest international business law firms, DLA Piper in the Vienna office, as a member of the Finance and Projects team. During this time, she gained extensive experience in commercial, corporate, and regulatory law by working on various cross-border projects. Manca played a key role in advising clients on complex legal matters and helped them navigate complex regulatory environments.
She holds a Master of Laws degree from the University of Ljubljana, Slovenia. Manca is a native Slovenian speaker, is fluent in English and has a strong command of German.
ESG
Marcin Machynia is the ESG Project Lead for the Revetas Group, having previously spent his career with the Group in the areas of sustainability management and operations. As ESG Project Leader, he is responsible for ESG at both the group and portfolio levels. He has successfully completed several courses in the field organized by Polish institutions and has started the Materiality of ESG Factors Specialization offered by the Wharton Business School, University of Pennsylvania.
Marcin Machynia joined Revetas in January 2017 as Security Coordinator for B4B, where he was responsible for coordinating the work of over 60 people in the complex and supervising the security of the entire complex. Marcin was promoted to Operational-Technical Coordinator, where he was responsible for tenant relations, day-to-day operational and technical issues related to B4B operations and BREEAM In-Use certification of buildings A, B, C and D.
In 2021, he initiated the B4B Sustainable Management Plan, working closely with Sweco Company and overseeing its implementation in the complex, as well as maintaining a close relationship with tenants regarding sustainability and the bi-annual meetings of the B4B Sustainable Management Committee. He has continued ESG initiatives at the group level, working on the implementation of Measurabl (ESG software), as well as working closely with ARUP on Revetas’ decarbonization strategy and starting the portfolio analysis.
Katerina is a Senior Administrator and ESG Lead at Revetas Capital. In her roles, Katerina is a critical bridge between departments, serving as a project coordinator and team support for a wide range of tasks, including oversight of the Annual Investor Meeting, accounting, investor relations, and operations.
Over the past several years, her position has increasingly focused on ESG and sustainability within Revetas Capital, where she helps the group focus on double-bottom-line efforts meant to produce a positive outcome across the Firm’s portfolio and community. Katerina began her career in hospitality, where she worked as a Front Desk Assistant at the Park Inn by Radisson Hotel in Ostrava, before serving as a Personal Assistant to a former Chief Operating Officer of Revetas Capital.
Katerina holds a Bachelor’s degree in English and German from the University of Ostrava in the Czech Republic, where she also studied in Malta and Sweden. She is a native Czech speaker and is fluent in English and German.
HR, Marketing, Administration
Sabine Habib is Group HR Manager at Revetas AM GmbH, Vienna.
Sabine joined Revetas in January of 2022, focusing on developing and implementing HR strategies for the entire group. She also focuses on fostering a robust work culture at Revetas Capital, driving major initiatives of team value to the Firm.
Prior to joining Revetas, Sabine was the lead of HR at Tech Data Austria, where she oversaw the integration of two merging companies, Tech Data Mobile and Avnet Technologies. At Tech Data Austria, Sabine also worked to establish a vocational apprenticeship program to bring highly motivated early-career workers into the company. Sabine also previously worked at Johnson Controls, where she led a change management and restructuring initiative, and at Huawei, where she established the company’s HR processes in Austria.
Her career in HR began in 1999 at Getronics Austria. She established the HR department and successfully supported the integration of SAP R3 HR – she was then nominated as HR Manager for all of Austria. Ms. Habib holds certificates in Payroll, Employment Law, SAP R3 HR, and Insights MDI.
Ms. Luiza Chesler joined Revetas Capital in January 2021, acting as Marketing Manager, providing strategic marketing consultancy services related to the Group’s strategic business objectives and directly to the company’s assets.
Her key responsibilities include increasing Revetas’ marketing presence among investors, sellers, banks, tenants, and other key stakeholders. Here she builds a positive perception of the Revetas brand, strengthening our relationships with existing clients, and providing marketing support in deal sourcing, transactions, financing, and leasing for the ongoing development projects as well as for the local asset management teams.
Ms. Chesler is a marketing professional specialized in real estate, with 17 years’ experience in handling various asset classes: office, industrial, retail, land and residential. In her previous roles, she has worked for global property consultancies such as CBRE, King Sturge, JLL, and Immofinanz, as well as for large-size developers and regional institutional investors, managing traditional offline and online marketing strategies. She has also provided comprehensive marketing consultancy services for clients of top real estate consultancies, among which are AEW Europe, Aviva Investors, Catalyst Capital, Heitman, S-Immo, and Hagag Europe.
Luiza Chesler is a Romanian citizen and holds a BSc. degree from the Bucharest University of Economic Studies (ASE), where she has majored in Marketing. She is fluent in English and a native Romanian speaker.
Katarina Kucerova is the Head of Administration and Personal Assistant to the founding Managing Partner, Eric Assimakopoulos. In these roles Katarina is a key stakeholder promoting the operational efficiency of the firm, coordination among the executive management team and she plays a significant role in the investor relations team.
Her close partnership with the Founding Partner predates the Revetas Capital to the Bifrost Group, where they have worked together in total for over 17 years. Katarina has also worked as Senior Event Manager in Oxford, England, and as a personal assistant to the Managing Director of the Slovak National Highway Agency in Slovakia.
Katarina holds a Master’s degree in Accounting and Financial Management from the University of Economics in Bratislava. She is a native Slovak speaker, and speaks fluent English and basic German.
Industry Board
Ambassador Weiser has served his country, state, and community for much of his adult life as a dedicated public servant and successful businessman.
Ambassador Weiser was appointed as Ambassador to the Slovak Republic by President Bush in 2001 and has officially visited all 138 Slovak cities to help further the relationship between the Slovak people and America. In 2004, for his work in furthering the Slovak economic and political relationship with the United States, Ambassador Weiser received the White Double Cross from Slovak President Rudolph Schuster.
The Ambassador and Mr. Weiser’s experiences in the Slovak Republic inspired them to work closely with the faculty and leadership of the University of Michigan to establish the Ronald and Eileen Weiser Center for Europe and Eurasia and the Weiser Center for Emerging Democracies and was established to “support faculty and student research, teaching, collaboration, and public engagement in studying the institutions, cultures, and histories of these regions”.
In 1968 Ambassador Weiser founded McKinley Associates Inc., a national real estate investment company and served as its Chairman and Chief Executive Officer until 2001, and again upon his return from the Slovak Republic to the present. McKinley and its property management subsidiary own and/or manage real estate valued in excess of $4.6 billion. McKinley also invests in and manages investments in oil and gas, venture capital, and private equity.
Dr Mayer-Heinisch is Chairman of the Austrian Retail Association, Chairman of the Austrian Council of Shopping Centres and Founding Partner of S. Mayer-Heinisch Consult GMB, a consulting firm providing retail location, concept and format development services as well as consulting and real estate development services in retailing across the CEE countries.
Dr Mayer-Heinisch serves on the board of several international companies in the retail industry. Prior to founding SMH Consulting in 2005, Dr Mayer-Heinisch worked for over 20 years in senior positions at Leder und Schuh AG, a shoe retailer, most recently as Managing Director, expanding in 11 countries in the CEE and Germany.
Dr Mayer-Heinisch studied law at the University of Graz and holds a PMD from Harvard Business School.
Mr. Hatter has invested and worked with Mr. Assimakopoulos since 2003 and currently serves as Senior Development Advisor.
He has over 30 years’ experience in commercial and residential investment, planning and development. He is highly experienced in mixed-use planning and development throughout Central and Greater London and, as a principal, has led or participated in over £500 million of transactions and secured planning consent for over 1.5 million feet of floor space across more than 30 major projects.
He started his career at Richard Ellis (now CBRE), where he qualified as a Chartered Surveyor, before working as a Director at Trafalgar House Developments Ltd and Fletcher King PLC. In 1998, Mr. Hatter founded Brooksplace Limited, which undertook the acquisition improvement development and trading of property assets primarily in London and through joint venture arrangements and partnerships. The business was sold in August 2016, enabling him to spend more time on Revetas activities. Mr. Hatter also continues to have an interest in a UK real estate business, Epsilon – a Development Management platform.
Michele Small is an award-winning international banker with over 25 years overseeing strategy, policy, and investments within the environmental, social, governance, and commercial real estate sectors. She has extensive knowledge of the Central and South-Eastern European / Central Asian markets as well as the Eastern African markets.
Michele is also a member of the Advisory Board of Fusion Group Africa. She held various director positions at EBRD, including for Property and Tourism Team. Michele possesses expert-level skills in risk management and managing transactions with corporate clients, financial institutions, and investment funds in 20+ countries.
Mr. Rosenmayr has 30+ years of experience in the real estate industry. His journey in the domain started in 1998 at EBRD, where he held the role of Director for Property, Tourism and Shipping for almost 6 years.
In 2008 he became COO of ImmoEast and from 2010 until 2020 he was a Member of the Board of Directors at Kulczyk Silverstein Properties, where he was responsible for the design and implementation of a strategy to build a portfolio of institutional class real estate in CEE, primarily in Poland, with a potential for listing in the medium term. In 2010 he co-founded REENAG, which is involved in the development of wind farms and small hydropower plants in a number of countries, including Austria and CEE as well as Peru and Bolivia. He also provides advisory services for investors and developers in respect of renewable energy projects, including capital raise, acquisition and disposition, and has participated in EU-funded projects in the areas of energy efficiency and renewables.
