Business Development & Investor Relations
Eric Assimakopoulos
Founding Partner
Mr. Assimakopoulos founded Revetas in 2012 and serves as Founding Partner.
Mr Assimakopoulos has over 30 years of experience in real estate and has spent his career working principally as a builder and investor. Mr Assimakopoulos is a US national and retains US citizenship. He has however spent the majority of the last 19 years in Europe, initially investing in Belgium, Germany and Central Europe. Throughout that period his investment and management activities have been mainly in Europe. During the 1990s Mr Assimakopoulos founded and built the Gnome Group Inc as a design and build business specialising in technology data centres. In the late 1990s he partnered with Morgan Stanley Real Estate Funds and served as chairman and CEO of Metronexus, a real estate platform investing $300 million in 300,000 sqm of real estate in the US and Europe.
In 2002 Mr. Assimakopoulos launched Bifrost to act as a CEE focused investment and asset management platform operating in the region and completing multiple successful investments. Mr. Assimakopoulos led the acquisition of properties in Belgium leased to the Belgian ministry of finance, as well as acquiring through a sale and leaseback a 47,500 sqm headquarters building from a portfolio company of KKR. Using Bifrost as the investment platform, he has acquired properties from large corporations such as Suez Tractebel group, as well as partnering with institutional investment funds such as Patron Capital.
Since 2009 Mr. Assimakopoulos has refocused the platform to restructuring and recapitalising distressed real estate in CEE, leading to the formation of Revetas. Since then, Eric successfully invested in, restructured and recapitalised c. €1.5 billion of real estate assets in the region.
Mr. Assimakopoulos has been a director, board member and chairman of the board of multiple companies. Mr. Assimakopoulos is an approved person with the FCA.
Investment Management
Radu Boitan
Senior Partner
Mr. Boitan joined Revetas in 2012 and has over 19 years of experience in real estate within the Romanian market and has been involved in a wide variety of transactions. He has served as chairman of the Romanian board of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors ("RICS") for the last six years.
Mr. Boitan was previously Head of Capital Markets for Jones Lang LaSalle Romania after the merger with King Sturge. He was a member of the management board of King Sturge Romania from its inception in 2005 until the merger with JLL, where his responsibility extended to investment, professional services, valuation and research.
His extensive real estate experience includes transactional consultancy, equity and debt financing, valuations, and a wide spectrum of acquisitions, disposals, developments and feasibility studies. Prior to King Sturge, Mr. Boitan owned and managed a property consulting business working with private equity and corporate real estate investors. Mr. Boitan has a masters degree in Real Estate Economics.
Originally from Romania, Mr. Boitan is fluent in English and a native Romanian speaker.
Inga Chkhaidze-Heynen
Partner
Inga Heynen joined Revetas Capital in 2018 and is responsible for managing the Investment Management team. She has 15 years of institutional experience in real estate and private equity across Central and Eastern Europe through provision of debt and equity financing to real estate projects, to funds, JVs, co-investment partnerships, public and private companies.
Since joining Revetas, Inga has been responsible for full spectrum of transaction management both for acquisition and exits, and has led numerous such processes. Until 2023, she was also portfolio manager for the Keystone investment and overseeing number of other Fund II assets. Inga is a permanent observer on the Recommendations Committee, member of the ESG Committee, and is actively engaged in strategic management of the company.
Prior to joining Revetas Capital, Ms. Heynen was a Principal Banker at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) where she worked during 2009-2018. At EBRD, she was focused on origination, execution an monitoring of equity (including as a limited partner), senior debt, mezzanine and public bond financing transactions across all real estate asset classes in CEE with total transaction volume of over EUR 2 billion.
She holds a Master’s degree in Finance from Cass Business School in the UK and a Bachelor degree in Business Administration from Caucasus University in Georgia. Originally from Georgia, Ms. Heynen is fluent in English and Russian and a native Georgian speaker.
Portfolio Management
Vlad Dragoescu
Director
Vlad joined Revetas in 2014 and has provided continuous support and know-how in various property, development, and asset management tasks. He is currently in charge of the portfolio management department, acting as the head of department.
Vlad has over 17 years’ experience having in-depth knowledge of all asset classes (retail, office, hospitality, logistics) while being involved both operationally and strategically in all phases of the real estate investment cycle.
Previously of Revetas, Vlad acted for 7 years as Investment Manager of a CEE private equity fund, being responsible for most of the acquisitions, financings, greenfield investments, and asset management operations of the group. From 2011 until 2014 Vlad acted as a Romanian local Partner of the same London based private equity fund, coordinating the property and asset management departments, while also directly managing some of the projects.
Vlad holds a master’s degree in Financial Management and a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking and Stock Exchange, both from the Bucharest University of Economic Studies.
Oana Partenie-Dorhan
Director-Head of Operations
Oana Partenie-Dorhan is Director- Head of Operations, in the Portfolio Management department of Revetas since April 2022.
Prior, she’s been part of the Investment Management Department and held the Head of Property Management position within Ceres Management Services for over 4 years.
With more than 13 years’ experience in both property and asset management, in her current role, Oana is primarily focused on office and retail assets across the CEE, overseeing a portfolio of over 200.000 sq. m.
Oana has a bachelor’s degree in Business Management and master’s degree in Public Relations in Marketing. She’s fluent in English and a native speaker of Romanian.
CERES Property Management
Michal Muc
Managing Director
Michal joined Ceres Management Services in 2017. As the Managing Director for Ceres, he is responsible for coordination of the property, project and leasing management services for the company in CEE, company sustainability and the strategic business development.
Michal has 26 years’ experience working for international companies including Pepsico, Ahold, NAVO (Procter & Gamble), DTZ and Savills. As the Senior Director and Managing Director of Property and Asset Management companies within DTZ and Savills he was responsible for managing the portfolios of retail, office and logistic properties in Poland with more than 1,5 millions sq.m. GLA and leading a team of 200 specialists. Having strong expertise in finance, retail, distribution and real estate industries, Michal was in charge for companies with turnover above 200 millions EUR.
Michal graduated in Engineering from Krakow AGH University of Science and Technology and in Finance from Warsaw School of Economics (SGH).

James Al-Atrakchi
Director
James joined Ceres Management Services in February 2016 where he started as transition manager for Ceres where he was responsible for the transition and setup of the property management, building improvement projects and the leasing activities upon acquisition of office assets by Revetas in Poland and the Czech Republic. Now he is in charge of the business development, structure implementation and financial management of Ceres CEE.
Prior to joining Ceres, James spent 5 years at Bifrost Investment Group, where he was responsible for the development of retail services in the properties owned by the group in the Slovakia.
James holds a master’s degree in International Business and Commerce from EPEIGE – Ecole de Commerce, Paris.

TRIGRANIT Development Management
Tomasz Lisiecki
CEO
Tom Lisiecki joined TriGranit Polska in 2004 as a financial analyst, soon after completing his university degree at the University of Toronto in economics and finance (2002). He served later as commercial manager of the residential project Debowe Tarasy in Katowice. He was promoted to development director of the B4B office project in Krakow (2007). He served as Country Director – Poland from 2008, and he later became the Chief Development Officer of TGD and Managing Director and the President of the Board of Directors of the company’s Polish affiliate. After TPG’s acquisition of TriGranit in 2015, Tom became the Chief Investment Officer of the corporation.
In 2017, Tom left TriGranit and served as the Chief Development Officer for CityCon in Stockholm, returning in 2019 to TriGranit as the CEO.
Mr. Lisiecki was involved in all of TriGranit’s projects in Poland: the Silesia City Center and 1,000 apartments complex Oak Terraces (Debowe Tarasy) in Katowice, Bonarka City Center and Bonarka for Business (B4B – 7 class A office towers) in Krakow and the integrated transport, entertainment and commercial hub of Poznan – the Poznan City Center. Mr Lisiecki is a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and holds an Executive MBA from Kellogg School of Management and WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management.
Robert Kowalski
Technical Director
Mr. Kowalski has more than 25 years’ experience in construction business/process holding various positions in construction as well as development companies. He is also Master of Business Administration graduate from Kraków University of Economics. Prior joining the TriGranit in 2006 he worked for well-known international companies as Strabag or Sunley Polska, as well as Deputy Development Director in Kraków Municipal Development Agency responsible for project financed by EBRD/EIB or local developer SuperKrak (e.g. Kraków Aquapark). During his construction career life we was a person co-responsible for execution of office building B4B, shopping centres BCC, SSC in Katowice, hypermarkets for Tesco and Lidl, industrial plans and local and national roads (including flyovers and tunnels).

Jan Bukovski
Senior Partner
Mr. Bukovsky has been supporting Revetas since 2012 as Senior Advisor and joined in 2018 as Head of Tax and & Finance.
Mr. Bukovsky’s expertise is in transaction structuring, investment assessment, project debt financing, asset management and financial reporting. His experience spans several countries across the CEE region.
Since 2005 Mr. Bukovsky worked with Mr. Assimakopoulos at Bifrost and in years 2012 through 2017 acted as the lead Asset Manager for the Carlton project, where he has been responsible for internal restructuring of senior debt, re-leasing of vacant space, and overseeing all tenant improvements and consolidation of corporate administration and reporting. In parallel with his responsibilities on the Carlton project, Mr. Bukovsky acted as a senior advisor and Recommendation Committee member for Revetas since 2012 and led the financial and tax structuring of all Fund I and Fund II’s acquisitions and disposals. Since September 2017, Mr. Bukovsky has been working as an exclusive senior advisor to RCA, assuming a role of Head of Tax and Compliance.
Mr. Bukovsky commenced his professional career with Deloitte Corporate Finance and Advisory working on projects across several industries including utilities, heavy manufacturing, banking and insurance, as well as public/private partnerships, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, corporate valuations and business modelling, valuation of NPLs, due diligence and forensic audit. Mr. Bukovsky completed his ACCA accounting qualification with Deloitte.
Originally from Slovakia, Mr. Bukovsky is fluent in English, proficient in German and a native Slovakian speaker.
Jasdeep Mlait
Partner
Mr. Mlait joined Revetas in 2016 and serves as Director in the Finance team and Manager of Revetas GP III. He is responsible for working with the Head of Tax and Finance and other senior members of the Revetas team on a broad range of financial matters.
Mr. Mlait’s primary responsibilities include financial management, accounting and statutory compliance, and reporting to investors by managing workstreams and reporting assigned to Fund Administrators.
He is a Chartered Accountant with 3 years Real Estate Fund Accounting experience with LaSalle Investment Management. Prior to LaSalle, he worked for 6 years at PwC as part of their Pensions and Investment Management Audit teams.
While at LaSalle, Mr. Mlait was Financial Controller of a number of real estate funds investing in UK and European property managed on behalf of institutional investors including CalSTRS and Alaska Permanent Fund.
Originally from the U.K., Mr. Mlait is a native English speaker.
Legal General Counsel & Compliance
Joanna Przybyl
General Counsel
Joanna Przybyl has taken over the role of General Counsel for Revetas Capital in September 2022. Joanna has been working in partnership with Revetas Capital since January 2018, she is a graduate of Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań, Poland and holds a master’s degree in Law and has 13 years’ experience in the legal domain, previously working for the international law firm DLA Piper.
ESG
Marcin Machynia
ESG Project Lead
Marcin Machynia started the collaboration with B4B in January 2017 as a security coordinator where he was responsible for coordinating the work of over 60 people within complex and overseeing the safety of the whole complex. Previously he worked mostly for security companies.
Later on, Mr. Machynia was promoted to Operational-Technical Coordinator being responsible for tenants’ relationships, day-to-day operational and technical issues related to B4B operations and BREEAM in Use certification of buildings ABCD.
In 2021 he initiated the B4B Sustainable Management Plan cooperating closely with Sweco Company, overseeing its implementation within complex as well as keeping a close relationship with tenants related to sustainability as well as bi-annual meetings of the B4B Sustainable Management Committee.
During 2022 he has continued group-level ESG initiatives, working on the implementation of Measurabl (ESG software) as well as cooperating closely with ARUP on Revetas decarbonization strategy and starting the portfolio analysis.
In September 2022 Marcin was promoted to ESG Project Leader with scope of duties dedicated to ESG, both group-level and portfolio level, successfully completing several courses in the field organized by Polish entities and starting the Materiality of ESG Factors Specialization provided by the Wharton Business School, University of Pennsylvania.
Katerina Nesitova
Senior Administrator
Ms. Nesitova joined Revetas in 2018 and serves as a Senior Administrator in the Administration team in the Vienna Office. She has previous professional experience as a Front Desk Assistant at the WU Executive Academy in Vienna and as a receptionist at the Park Inn by Radisson Hotel Ostrava. In additional to her role as Senior Administrator, her responsibilities include ESG leadership support, investor relations, accounting and general support across the group. Ms Nesitova has a Bachelor’s degree in English and German language from the University of Ostrava in the Czech Republic. She has experience from studying abroad in Sweden and Malta, is Czech and speaks English and German.

Sabine Habib
Group HR Manager
Sabine Habib, Group HR Manager in Revetas AM GmbH, Vienna
Ms. Habib joined Revetas Vienna in January 2022 focusing on developing and implementing HR strategies for the entire group.
The last 7.5 years she was employed with Tech Data Austria. Ms. Habib integrated Tech Data Mobile as well as Avnet Technologies. Being an active part of the Austrian Management Team Ms. Habib supports the daily business but also drives major initiatives such as achieving certificates “Great Place to Work/ LGBT etc. In addition, Ms. Habib has established an apprentice program - for the first time in TD Austria - which has started with 4 highly motivated apprentices. At Johnson Controls, her mainly responsibility was Change Management as well as restructuring. From 2007 – 2009 she established HR at Huawei Technologies in Vienna.
Her career in HR began in 1999 at Getronics Austria. She established the HR department and successfully supported the integration of SAP R3 HR – she was then nominated as HR Manager for whole Austria.
Ms. Habib has Certificates in payroll, Employment Law, SAP R3 HR, Insights MDI.
Luiza Chesler
Marketing Manager
Ms. Luiza Chesler has joined Revetas Capital in January 2021, acting as Marketing Manager, providing strategic marketing consultancy services related to Group’s strategic business objectives and also the assets, her key responsibilities including increasing awareness among investors, sellers, banks, tenants and other stakeholders, building a positive perception towards the brand, strengthening the relationship with existing clients, and providing marketing support in deal sourcing, transactions, financing, leasing for the ingoing development projects as well as for the asset management teams locally. Ms. Chesler is a marketing professional specialized in real estate, with 16 years' experience in handling various asset classes: office, industrial, retail, land and residential.
In her previous roles, she has worked for global property consultancy companies such as CBRE, King Sturge, JLL, Immofinanz, as well as for large size developers and regional institutional investors, managing traditional offline and online marketing strategies. She has also provided comprehensive marketing consultancy services for the clients of the top real estate consultancy companies, among which are AEW Europe, Aviva Investors, Catalyst Capital, Heitman, S-Immo, Hagag Europe.
Luiza Chesler is a Romanian national and holds a BSc. degree from The Bucharest University of Economic Studies (ASE), where she has majored in Marketing, being proficient in English and native Romanian speaker.
Katarina Kucerova
Admin Lead
Katarina Kucerova joined Revetas in 2012 and she is a PA to Managing Partner and is Head of the Administration team of the Group. She has been working with the Managing Director for over 15 years. She has previous professional experience as a Senior Event Manager in Oxford, UK and as PA to Managing Director at Slovak National Highway Agency in Slovakia. She also supports Investor Relations team. Katarina has Master degree in Accounting and Financial Management at University of Economics in Bratislava. She lived in the UK for 3 years prior moving to her current role. She speaks fluently Slovak and English, and basic German.

Agnieszka Adamska
Strategic Partner
Agnieszka has over 15 years track record in the real estate sector. As of July 2020 she established her own business (AGTU Consulting/Mercury) working in a strategic partnership with Revetas group within the financial consolidation and reporting area for all Revetas projects. Until mid-2020 she worked for TriGranit Corporation, first as Finance Director in Poland and since 2016 as CFO in head office in Hungary, taking responsibility for all finance related matters: audits, reporting, arranging debt financing in multiple CEE countries and financial DDs; as well as supervising administration and IT structures of the group. During this time Agnieszka was conducting multiple strategic quantitative and qualitative analysis in a cross-functional organization environment to support and improve business operations and was involved in many successful sales transaction on Group/subsidiary levels, taking active role in financial negotiations and price reconciliations.
Prior to joining TriGranit in 2013, Agnieszka worked over 6 years at MT Development Group – a residential investment platform based in Poland, managed by one of the leading Fund managers in Europe where she was responsible for setting up proper controlling and reporting standards in the Group. Between 2010 and 2013 she managed the operations of the Group as Finance and Commercial Manager being also responsible for arranging the financing for all development projects. Before joining the real estate field in 2007, Agnieszka was collecting valuable experiences in the broader finance domain working among others in the audit department at PriceWaterhouseCoopers in Warsaw and controlling department at Robert Bosch GmBH in Stuttgart. She is a member of the Association of Charted Certified Accountants.
