One of the organizations we support is the RMA – The Royal Marines Charity, which assists veterans and their families in their transition to civilian life.

Eric Assimakopoulos, Managing Partner & Founder of Revetas Capital, joined an extraordinary Arctic expedition alongside partners and investors. Guided by Royal Marine Commando Mountain Leaders Company, they tested their endurance in Norway’s breathtaking yet unforgiving landscapes.

Over three intense days and four nights, they learned tactical techniques the Commando Mountain leaders employ. Trekking across Norway with heavy packs, skis, snowshoes, and survival gear, using insertion techniques with Skidoos, skied, built survival shelters, and overnighted outdoors under the Aurora Borealis—a true test of resilience.

At Revetas, we are driven by leadership, teamwork and resilience—values that shape both our business and our charitable initiatives. This expedition was not only a personal and professional challenge but also an opportunity to give back and learn the leadership skills deployed by the Commando forces.

Through experiences like these, we continue to push boundaries, build stronger teams, and make an impact—both in business, our communities and beyond. A big shout-out to Keith Breslauer from Patron Capital, a major patron of the Royal Marines, for his inspiration, leadership, and friendship.
