Announcement of First Close – Revetas Capital Fund II

Revetas Capital Advisors LLP (‘Revetas’) is pleased to announce the first close of Revetas Capital Fund II (Fund II) with aggregate commitments of €63 million. First close investors include a significant commitment from a cornerstone investor, and all of the investors in Revetas’ first Fund have reinvested.
 
Fund II is targeting commitments of €200 million with a hard cap of €300 million. The Fund will focus on value added and opportunistic real estate opportunities in Central European Economies.  Fund II’s investments are being sourced by the real estate team of Revetas whose principals have an excellent record of operating in the region for over ten years.
