ESG as part of
our firm’s DNA
“With the real estate sector accounting for up to 40% of global greenhouse gas emissions, both directly and indirectly, our industry sits at the epicenter of the climate challenge. It is incumbent upon leading platforms like ours to set the standard for responsible investing. At Revetas Capital, ESG is a guiding principle of our investment strategy, as we work towards a more sustainable future.”
“Real estate is no longer just about bricks and mortar. It is defined by long-term societal impact, environmental stewardship, and value creation for the communities we serve.”
Revetas is a member of PRI (Principles for Responsible Investment), an international organization with support from the United Nations that promotes responsible investment. Its goal is to encourage investors to incorporate environmental, social, and governance (ESG) factors into their investment and ownership decisions to improve long-term financial returns and contribute to a more stable and prosperous world.

What Does ESG Mean
for us at Revetas?
OUR VISION FOR BETTER FUTURE
Revetas strives to be the preferred real estate partner that provides positive long-term sustainable value to the communities in which we invest through our unique position as an investor.
Our mission is to deliver long-term economic value to our stakeholders by creating positive social impact in the markets where we invest. At Revetas, we believe that investing in real estate in areas and locations that have not yet reached their full potential is both key to long-term strategic growth as well as the very foundation for building strong and thriving communities.
