Millenium Gardens

Millennium Gardens is a two-phase development by TriGranit with a gross leasable area of 20,800 sqm for the first phase and 16,200 sqm for the second phase. The project features 4 underground levels with 576 car parking spaces and 215 bicycle storage units serve the tenants in an excellent location with easy public transport access. The handover for the first phase has already been completed and four tenants have moved into their premises. Phase two handover is planned for Q4 2023.

The building is designed to very high sustainability standards, which will be a core part of the character and attraction to tenants. It is key that the asset becomes renowned for being tenant-friendly with a high level of tenant service.
