Park Centers Hungary

The Park Center Hungary portfolio consists of 12 retail properties located in key regional cities in Hungary. The assets are located in well-established retail clusters with excellent connectivity. The assets were initially acquired as part of a restructuring agreement with the bank. Since the acquisition, the local management has been improved with the aim of stabilizing rental income and successfully continuing the lease-up of the properties. This has led to a portfolio which is virtually fully occupied. Investments in tenant improvements and marketing have been key components in securing the leasing successes since the acquisition in 2013.
