Sofia Airport Center

Sofia Airport Center (SAC) is part of the Revetas Fund II portfolio, a mixed-use development which aims to provide a different office experience for the employees in a perfectly balanced work-life environment. Its first-class premises provide a home for leading global brands such as IBM Bulgaria, Cisco, Honeywell, and Woodward and a nurturing environment for up-and-coming local businesses. Phase I, fully completed and operational, offers 47,000 sqm of leasable area on a 12 ha land plot (18,000 sqm GLA offices and a 28,000 sqm Logistics Center).
