Revetas Capital announces new advisory board member for Keystone Portfolio
Vienna, 5 April 2022 – Revetas Capital is pleased to announce that Michele Small is joining Keystone CEE SCSp Board of Advisors as an independent board member, nominated by the EBRD.

Michele Small is a highly experienced professional with over 20 years in development banking and impact investing, with extensive knowledge of the CEE markets. Previously, Michele was member of the Advisory Board of Fusion Group Africa and held various director positions at EBRD, including for Property and Tourism Team.
Eric Assimakopoulos, Founding Partner at Revetas, declares: “I have known Michele for over a decade her experience and knowledge will add significant value to our board”.
Revetas made investment into Project Keystone in 2018, alongside its strategic partners and co-investors, a high-quality portfolio of Central and Eastern European assets of 180,000+ sqm GLA of income producing and development office and residential properties in Poland and Hungary, as well as development lands in Slovakia and Croatia. Project Keystone comprises the B4B complex located in Krakow (eight Class A office buildings with a total GLA of 76,000 sqm), three Class A permitted office development projects located in Krakow, Katowice and Budapest, with a total development potential of 100,000 sqm, and two ancillary land plots located in the Slovak Republic and Croatia.
