Appointment of Stephan Mayer-Heinisch

Revetas Capital Advisors LLP (“Revetas”), a specialist real estate investment advisor focussed on restructuring opportunities in Central and Eastern Europe (“CEE”), is pleased to announce the appointment of Stephan Mayer-Heinisch to the firm’s Advisory Board.

Mr. Mayer-Heinisch is Chairman of the Austrian Retail Association, Chairman of the Austrian Council of Shopping Centers and Founding Partner of S. Mayer-Heinisch Consult GMBH (SMH Consulting), a consulting firm providing retail location and concept and format development services as well as consulting services and real estate development services in retailing across the CEE countries.

Prior to founding SMH Consulting in 2005, Mr. Mayer-Heinsich worked for over 20 years in senior positions at Leder und Schuh AG, a shoe retailer, most recently as Head of Group Communications. Mr. Mayer-Heinisch studied law at the University of Graz and holds a PMD from Harvard Business School.
